We skipped swimming lessons today to go to Clarence's school's carnival. Daddy gel up Clarence's hair before we left home.
The handsome boy in the lift:
We reached the school at 10am. Clarence was happy to see his teachers and classmates.

There were also food stalls selling local delicacies.
There were also a few game stalls. This was the first time Clarence played these type of fun fair games.
(1) Knocking down cans with five stones:
He missed the first try and managed to hit a can at his second try. He got a packet of sweets.

(2) Throwing balls into the lion's mouth
He missed all the 3 throws so he only got a packet of tissue paper as a consolation prize.

(3) Blindfolded and pasting correctly
After blindfolding, he pasted the water correctly to the Merlion's mouth (with tips from mummy of course) so he got a pencil case. When the teacher asked him which colour he preferred, he wanted PINK. Oh dear, I have a pink freak at home.
After the games, he went for air brush tattoo. When the teacher asked him what picture he wanted, we encouraged him to get the scorpion but my dear Clarence wanted flower. Faint!!! We told him NO. So he chose the seahorse instead.

(4) Fishing
He was supposed to throw the rod behind the big piece of cardboard to see what he fished. He won another packet of sweets.

We left at about 10.40am to rush to his art class at Suntec City. Overall, the carnival was quite fun for the kids but the hot weather was too unbearable. Really must thank the teachers from MMI for their effort in organising the carnival. The sweaty daddy and daughter after the carnival:
