Boing Boing Boing @ AMPED Trampoline Park

We checked out AMPED Trampoline Park after their iceskating session. This newly open Trampoline Park is full of trampolines. My kids love jumping on the trampoline, doing somersault and back tucks. There are also some sofas for parents to sit while waiting for their kids to finish jumping.

Kids all sweating after the one hour session. One hour of jumping is not enough for them. They are asking for more......
We will be back again.

Ice ice baby

We made an effort to dine at Novena Square to redeem 2 ice skating passes for the kids. Booked the afternoon session on 28 Nov. Vincy dared to make use of the penguin to move around by herself unlike last year where she hung on tightly to the staff. She even dared to let go of the penguin and walked for a very short distance towards the end of the session.

Drum trial lesson

Clarence went for drum trial lesson on 24th Nov. After the trial, he decided to give up his singing class for drum lessons. We told him to choose one between the 2 cos we dun want him to spend too much time on these enrichment. He has time for all these enrichment classes because he is not going for any tuition classes at the moment. As far as we can, we hope to delay tuition classes for as long as possible. His tuition teachers now are mummy and daddy at home.

He chose a pair of red drum stick for himself.

Just the 2 of us (Macau 6-9 Sep)

Daddy and Mummy's annual break from the kids.
We went to Macau from 6 to 9 Sept 2013 to celebrate my dear's birthday and our 13th year wedding anniversary.
My dear was under the weather during his Russia work trip but after he came back from Russia in the wee hours on 6 Sep, we set off for Macau in the early afternoon.
Took Tigerair and there is just one word to describe: LOUSY! for the price we pay.
Nevertheless we were glad to check in to Conrad. It was truly a 5 star experience there. Spacious room, excellent service from the staff. We were brought to our room on the 37th floor by the staff. The room had a superb view and the concierge gave us daily print outs of places of interest to visit.

We had a complimentary chocolate cake from the hotel as it was our wedding anniversary. Lovely!

Ordered room service and took a rest and shower before going to City of Dreams for The House of Dancing Water show.

The House of Dancing Water is good! Thanks to my dear who bought seats for the first row which came with small towels, we were wet from the splashing after the show.

A must in Macau: visit the Casino but we did not gamble till the last day we left. 20 minutes before catching the bus to the airport, we went to the Casino and gamble with what's remaining and with a little luck, the self proclaimned 赌神 (my dear) won our expenses (excluding hotel and airfare) for the trip to Macau.

Day 2: Visited the historical centre of Macau.
Senado Square

St Dominic's Church

I love the 猪扒包from this store. It was awfully sinful but delicious! Bought one initially but later on our trip back, I bought another 2, this round without the bread, just the 猪扒.

Ruins of St.Paul's

Na Tcha Temple

女娲庙

 Lou Kau Mansion

Next, we went over to Macau Tower:

Magnificent view from the tower

Took my dear a lot of courage to sit on the glass to take this picture

Actually wanted to do the tower walk but my dear rejected the idea, his excuse was to do the tower walk with the kids next time when we bring them along.

Then we went to Grand Lisboa to take a walk round the casino before heading back to our hotel.

So tired after walking for the whole day, so room service for dinner.

Day 3, we dilly dally till noon before setting off to Zhuhai and had our lunch at the fast food joint 真功夫. I like the beef but my dear found it too salty.

We walked in the mall and had our 1hr massage there. The massage was really really damn cheap.

Then we headed back to Macau and decided to have a sumptuous anniversary dinner at Dynasty 8.

We ordered fried rice, pork belly, sharks fin soup, bejing duck and roast pigeon. In the end, we over ordered and could not finish all the food.

Walked around a bit to take some pictures and digest our food before returning to our room.

Another surprise awaited us when we returned to our room. Complimentary strawberries from Conrad. Good dessert for us after our heavy dinner. We ate the strawberries and watched the final episode of Triumph in the Skies 2 in Macau.

Had a great relaxing holiday with my dear in Macau.
