Meimei can point to some of her body parts, like head, ear, body and belly button.
She also knows how to put the dirty clothes into the laundry basket.

Lantern

Mummy bought lanterns for the kids. Boss only wanted to get 1 for Clarence but mummy decided to get 1 for Vincy too. The kids love the lanterns. They were happily carrying their lanterns at home. Meimei was so upset when we took the lantern away from her. So glad I bought 2 instead of 1 suggested by boss. Clarence chose a Ben 10 lantern

It was rather dangerous when Vincy joined in, as she used the drum stick as a weapon to hit others while attempting to beat the drum. Gor gor was accidentally hit by her.

Gym fun

Brought Vincy for a free trial at my gym in Tampines. She was curious and looked all around.

This was exciting, the swinging monkey bar. She tried thrice but she didn't quite like it though. She was scared when she started swinging.

Vincy did a few forward roll with the help of the instructor. She also tried doing hand-stand.

We did not take up the offer and signed her up for the classes for a very simple reason, too expensive!

9th anniversary!

We left the kids with Ah mah and Ah gong yesterday night and went for a deep balm massage at Lush spa in Singapore Polo Club. The deep balm massage combines rhythmic strokes with acupressure to relieve tense muscles, drain toxins and improve energy flow. The ambiance and skills of the masseur at Lush spa were fantastic.
Really need the time off for some quiet time to ourselves. Thank u boss for the massage treat. Really enjoyed the massage. Felt so relax after the massage. This is our 9th wedding anniversary celebration treat.
My boss may kill me but I think we need to do this more often.

Go kart

Boss tried out the go kart in T3 last sunday night. Spend $20 and get 2 free laps round the circuit. Clarence could not go cos he did not meet the minimum height requirement. Mummy could not go cos we only had one receipt and Clarence preferred his daddy to drive. He asked me to wait for my chance next time.
So those who did not get to drive get to pose and take pictures with the model go kart.

Catholic High Funfair

We took the opportunity and went to Catholic high funfair last Sat to check out the school. We told Clarence this will be the school he will be going to when he is primary one. The school is huge with track and indoor basketball court.

Mummy's very impressed with the scale of the funfair in the school. Besides having a lot of games and food stores, they have a bouncing castle, the big human water ball, motorcycles to ferry the kids and also an area designated for war games (gun shooting).

Most importantly, Clarence also likes the school.
But mummy find the school rather old with smaller classrooms as compared to new schools.

Surprise!

Vincy surprised me yesterday. She knew how to take out her shoes and keep her shoes. I have showed her how to keep her shoes several times but I did not expect her to pick up so quickly.
I got a feeling she might know how to do it cos she went to the shoe cabinet in the morning when I was about to bring her along to send Clarence to school. Therefore when we went out in the evening, I took my camera and tried asking her to do it. And she did it! I was so happy cos I managed to record her doing it for the first time.

Actually she wasn't very keen to keep her shoes cos she wanted to go out again!

I would clap to cheer for her after I showed her how to keep her shoes each time. She also clapped after she kept her shoes today. I never expect her to pick that up too! She is so cute! (shameless mummy!)

Whale

The art theme for last week's art class was underwater world. The main character was the Whale.
