Like a spolit radio, Clarence kept repeating cos mummy only taught him these 2 lines!
Maybe he should go for singing class instead!

Skating lesson 4

After 2 wks postponement of lessons due to the rain, skating class finally resume yesterday. Clarence was very well behaved during class and did not dream so much liao. The older gor gors in his class even took care of him like telling him where to queue and helping him up when he fell. They practiced scootering with both legs.

Bradshaw's shadows

Mummy and Clarence went to the Art house on Sunday to watch Bradshaw's shadows. It is a puppetry shadow performance and I thought it would be wonderful to bring Clarence to watch it since he has not watch anything like this before.

The performance was very entertaining for both of us. Clarence says the show is very nice.

Clarence got a packet of free milk after the performance.

After the performance, we lunched at Raffles City. Both the kids were mesmerised by the fountain.

Looking forward to 2 other performances at the Art house next Sunday.

Vincy's first swim

We decided to let Vincy go into the pool while Gor gor was having his swimming lesson. This is Vincy's first swim!!!

Still testing water, getting her used to the cold water in the pool. Don know why but the pool in Suntec is always very cold.

She was not very happy, think the waters too cold for her!!!

Newspaper and Paint

Product of Clarence's effort for 2 wks of art lesson. He spent the first week's lesson twisting the newspaper to the shape desired, then he used white masking tape to join the parts together and wrap around the shape to facilitate painting. This week, he painted the shapes.

Wonder why all these creatures got no eyes? Because he did not paste the eyes. He wanted to do drawing after all the painting.

Opps, I saw a lopsided spider, one side with 5 legs and the other with 3 legs. Maybe I should be glad that at least he knows spiders have 8 legs. Ha ha!

Night at Ikea

Brought the kids to Ikea for free play again. While waiting for Clarence's no to be called, mummy asked him to do the yoga postures he learnt in his childcare.

Look like professional! But those are the only 4 positions he can remember from his yoga class.
After we sent him into the free play area, we went for our sinful supper (chicken wings).

My god, So 粗鲁!

听写

Clarence started his Chinese 听写 a few weeks ago. He has Chinese spelling every Friday. He needs to learn 2 chinese characters for 听写 every week. So far, he managed to get all his 听写 correct. The Chinese teacher returned his 听写 exercise book to me last week with the parent's signature chop on one of the pages. I have mixed feelings after seeing that chop cos I used to chop the same parent's signature chop in my student's 听写 exercise book and now it is my turn to sign on it instead.

After lesson

Clarence found this float after swimming lesson and started playing pretend with it. He was a soldier in the army at first then turned out to be a fisherman trying to catch fish in the pool with the float. How imaginative!

Loving Gor gor

Clarence is a very loving gor gor to Vincy most of the time, except a bit rough to her at times. He will entertain her and make her laugh. See what gor gor does to mei mei after she ''bullys" him:

A new game we play with mei mei: attract her attention and see who she goes to.

Who always wins? Of course mummy! I don't even have to call her, she will just come to me. Yeah!
